I am a stay at home mom of 2. I started shortly after I released by the doctor to exercise again after having a C-section with my second child. I had a lot of work to do because I hadn't lost all of my weight from my first pregnancy (I gained A LOT) and then I put more on with the second. I love to exercise and I love running and with both pregnancies I had to stop. So day 1 I was anxious, excited, nervous not sure what to expect but I fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for a way that I could lose my baby weight, exercise with my boys (teach them about exercise) and make amazing friendships. Stroller Strides is great because it can be as easy or as hard as you make it. I was challenged the first day I came and now 9 months later I am still challenged.
