MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

  • Non-Refundable
  • Non-Transferable
  • Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically on the 1st of each month
  • Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership
  • Memberships can be canceled with 10 days written notice which must be sent via email to bethanygregory@fit4mom.com
  • 10% discount for military & law enforcement families.

The Unlimited Membership allows you to attend an unlimited number of Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre classes each month. Children are welcome to join us for both classes.

The cost is $70 per month and there is a one time $99 registration fee for new members (discounted to $50 if you sign up on the day of your first class).

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

There are three different Body Back Transformation membership options:

Body Back Transformation - Non FIT4MOM Members $399

Body Back Transformation - Existing FIT4MOM Members $299

Body Back Maintenance - For those that have previously completed Body Back Transformation - $199

Have you ever wanted to complete in a 10k or half marathon mama? We have the perfect opportunity for you to train with a certified Run Coach in our FIT4MOM 12-week Run Club program. We will teach you how to train properly and give you the motivation & support of a group to train and successfully complete your running goals.

  • 12 week program begins Nov 27th
  • Group runs will be held on Saturdays at 8am in Keller
  • Finale race is the Ft Worth Cowtown 10k & half marathon - Feb 24th 10k & 25th half marathon
