I am Bethany Gregory, franchise owner and certified instructor for the Keller, Southlake, Trophy Club FIT4MOM franchise. I have a wonderful husband, Isaac and we have two beautiful children, Ella (2010) and Tripp (2012).
I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our page and I hope I have the opportunity to meet you soon. Let me start by telling you a little about my journey and how I found FIT4MOM.
Fitness is one of the greatest passions of my life. After having my first child Ella in February 2010 I quickly understood how challenging it was going to be to get back in shape. I have always been very disciplined as far as working out goes but trying to get to the gym and dealing with checking a little one into the nursery was quite overwhelming. In addition, I didn't have any mommy friends to talk to about what I was going through as a new mom. Then I found FIT4MOM of Grapevine/Coppell. My name is Amanda Cox. I was born in New Orleans, and grew up in Trophy Club! I graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. In Exercise and Sport Science. My husband, Simon and I got married in 2008. After moving around to some different cities and states, we decided to move to Trophy Club and call it home in 2013. Hi mommas! My name is Baylie Tuley and I grew up in Keller, Texas. I moved to Ponder when I married my country lovin’ husband and I have never looked back. My husband Hayden and I have two beautiful babies just shy of fifteen months apart. Maylee and Brayden have quickly become our world and the reason we have become better humans. I love to run, and in fact have run several half marathons. Growing up I participated in several different sports activities. I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I live for God, family, friends, and fitness. I owned a hair business for 7 years and decided to retire to become a stay at home mom. I absolutely love being a stay at home mom but I had quickly realized I was still missing something. That is until I became apart of FIT4MOM. FIT4MOM has given me the opportunity to do something for myself while being able to have my two babies by my side. Cassidy is a full-time teacher and mom to Brooks. She has a background in fitness including teaching boot camp classes, kickboxing & running. She found Stroller Strides in the summer 2011 and fell in love with the program. She is passionate about fitness & being a Mom. Hi! My name is Chelsea Overstreet, wife to Paul and mama to Owen. I grew up just south of Fort Worth and graduated from Midwestern State University. After college and moving out of state, my husband and I decided to make Fort Worth our home and start a family. I worked in North Carolina and here in Fort Worth as a Radiology Technologist. After having Owen I knew it was best for me to stay home and raise our son. I have always been athletic and loved working out. I raced bikes growing up and partially through college. I also love running! After having a baby and staying home I was finding it hard to adjust to this new lifestyle. I did not know how to make time to work out and stay motivated. I heard about Fit4Mom through a friend. After my first work out I was hooked!! Not only is it an amazing work out, you also get to bring your little with you! This was what initially sold me! What kept me going back for more were the women I have met through this program. They have only made it that much better! This is truly a village of supportive loving mamas! Hello! My name is Katie McLeod. I have been married to my husband Mike for 8 years now, and we have one little man named Castle. I grew up in a small town in Northern Michigan where I was very active in track & field and performing arts. I met my husband at college in Michigan then moved to Fort Worth (for my husband’s work) and finished my degree in Criminal Justice at the University of North Texas. I worked as a Petroleum Landman for 6 years before having our son, then have been a stay at home mom since. I have always been athletic, and was a sprinter all through school, but never was much of a distance runner. Over the years I’ve been adding more and more mileage to my runs and since my husband starting working at home last year I’ve really enjoyed the ‘me time’ away from the house;)
I joined the FIT4MOM Run Club last December to train for the Cowtown Half Marathon and really loved having a group of woman to run and connect with. I missed that ‘mom connection’ so much after the race that I just had to join FIT4MOM for Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre classes. I...more
My name is Lindsay Casey. My husband, Frank and I have two boys, Tyler and Luke. I grew up in Jacksonville, FL and I was swimmer for 7 years. I graduated from the University of Florida with a BABA. In 2009, I gave birth to Tyler and I became a full time Mom. In 2010, we moved to the DFW area where I found FIT4MOM on Meetup and joined in 2010. FIT4MOM has been a big part of my life ever since. I have met so many amazing women being a part of this group and our kids have grown up together. Currently, I help Bethany with business operations (aka doing anything she needs me to tackle). I grew up in the Metroplex always competing in sports. Played softball at Texas A&M and pursued a coaching career after that. I was a high school softball coach and teacher for eight years before deciding to stay home with my baby.
Right after college I ran my first marathon and have been an avid runner since then, running several half marathons, 10ks and 5ks. I Just love to compete!! After having the little guy I really "needed" something and about that time I was introduced to Fit4Mom. Since that day there has been no turning back. I loved everything about it and knew that some day I wanted to instruct too! I feel so blessed to be in this village and to get this opportunity.

Hi my name is Shelby Rogers, and I am the lucky mom of two very energetic and spunky boys, Street and Rush. I live in Trophy Club and have been a part of Fit4Mom for almost three years. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and having the opportunity to workout with my kids is such a blessing. My husband, Koby, and I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle and hope to teach our boys to follow in our footsteps. As an athlete, I've participated or attempted every sport I possibly could throughout my life. After college, running became my primary activity to stay in shape; until I became a mom and learned about Fit4Mom. Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre have brought me to a whole new level of fitness. I'm probably stronger than I've ever been! I love working out with my kids because they can see that it's a priority for me to work hard and stay fit. They see me struggle, sweat, fail and succeed. Oh, and have fun too! When we have a break from our busy schedule, we love going to the lake, golfing, snow skiing, and riding four-wheelers at the ranch.more
