Hi! My name is Chelsea Overstreet, wife to Paul and mama to Owen. I grew up just south of Fort Worth and graduated from Midwestern State University. After college and moving out of state, my husband and I decided to make Fort Worth our home and start a family. I worked in North Carolina and here in Fort Worth as a Radiology Technologist. After having Owen I knew it was best for me to stay home and raise our son. I have always been athletic and loved working out. I raced bikes growing up and partially through college. I also love running! After having a baby and staying home I was finding it hard to adjust to this new lifestyle. I did not know how to make time to work out and stay motivated. I heard about Fit4Mom through a friend. After my first work out I was hooked!! Not only is it an amazing work out, you also get to bring your little with you! This was what initially sold me! What kept me going back for more were the women I have met through this program. They have only made it that much better! This is truly a village of supportive loving mamas! I could not be more thankful to be a part of this tribe of wonderful mamas!

Have you ever wanted to complete in a 10k or half marathon mama? We have the perfect opportunity for you to train with a certified Run Coach in our FIT4MOM 12-week Run Club program. We will teach you how to train properly and give you the motivation & support of a group to train and successfully complete your running goals.

  • 12 week program begins Nov 27th
  • Group runs will be held on Saturdays at 8am in Keller
  • Finale race is the Ft Worth Cowtown 10k & half marathon - Feb 24th 10k & 25th half marathon
