Have you ever wanted to complete in a 10k or half marathon mama? We have the perfect opportunity for you to train with a certified Run Coach in our FIT4MOM 12-week Run Club program. We will teach you how to train properly and give you the motivation & support of a group to train and successfully complete your running goals.
- 12 week program begins Nov 27th
- Group runs will be held on Saturdays at 8am in Keller
- Finale race is the Ft Worth Cowtown 10k & half marathon - Feb 24th 10k & 25th half marathon
